Libyan Futurist Organization
Libyan Futurist Organization offers several projects that aim to train, educate and develop the human side in the medical community in Libya.
The organization has Libyan cadres trained inside and outside the country. The strategic goal of the organization is change and development in the intermediate medical community. We at Libyan Futurist Organization are committed to medical ethics, neutrality, independence and impartiality.
About Libyan Futurist Organization
The Libyan Future Makers Organization was founded in 2024 in Benghazi, Libya, by a group of doctors driven by a vision for change in Libya and united by the principles outlined in our charter. We provide and support absolute support to Libyan cadres in the intermediate medical community. The organization provides this support through several projects, for example, but not limited to:
- Scholarship project to support training of doctors in the most advanced medical systems
- Training and short-term assignments localization project
- Al-Farouk E-Medical education platform project
- Soft Skills Development Project for Medical Students and Doctors in Libya

Libyan Futurists Principles
We are a Libyan national developmental and reform movement that aims for reform and change in all parts of Libya, east, west and south.
Independence
The organization is not affiliated with any governmental or external entity and has no hidden agenda.
Neutrality
The organization stands at an equal distance from all parties with all their intellectual and political orientations.
Impartiality
We provide services to doctors and medical students as long as they are concerned with change, regardless of their geographical location.
Team
The team consists of academic and clinical medical cadres and brings together national cadres trained abroad in cooperation with national training cadres. All these cadres are driven by a strong desire for change and influence accompanied by organized teamwork within clear and systematic plans.
We have all the human capabilities (number, experience, qualifications) and we also have very large communication networks at the level of Libya, east, west and south.
We have the ability to cooperate with several governmental and private sector agencies.

Our strategy
We will train doctors and also target medical students. We will train, educate, qualify and enlighten their insights and thoughts in the following ways:
- Helping doctors complete their training in countries with strong training systems such as Britain, America, etc. This will be done through an organized mechanism and a fair and accurate selection system.
- Assisting and financially supporting doctors to travel on short courses to fill gaps in training. (Especially elderly doctors who have obtained local fellowships).
- Conducting repeated workshops in Libya within a well-studied training program for doctors in all specialties. Supervised by qualified cadres.
- Focus on the academic and research side to a great extent.
- E-learning platforms will be launched that will play a role in education through high-quality courses.
- We will do all of the above through coordination and cooperation with public and private entities.
- Our goal is charitable and profitable. We generate profits for the organization and use them to provide the aforementioned services.

Management
The Libyan Futurist Organization is managed on several levels:
Central management represented by the founding members, and its most important tasks include weaving the general vision, strategic and ethical goals of the organization and creating an appropriate climate for work within the organization.
Executive departments and employees on the ground, and their most important tasks are implementing plans, overcoming challenges facing the implementation of plans and projects, and communicating with all departments at all levels to ensure that plans and projects are proceeding according to their path and timetable.
Our Mission
We invest in today's youth to be tomorrow's leaders...by training, educating, qualifying them, and instilling awareness and a sense of responsibility.
Our theory of desired change
We believe that the health system in Libya needs young, qualified and highly trained medical cadres that keep pace with the requirements of the times. If a quarter of the doctors in the health system are trained, qualified and prepared, this quarter will train, develop and qualify the rest and lead the change in the health system. As we believe that changing the mindset, establishing insight and training comes first and then will be translated into behavior and habits.
Training and qualifying doctors and preparing them for leadership, change and establishing healthy behavior in the health sector will enhance and strengthen one of the most important arms of the health system, which is doctors.
Each trained doctor will train at least 4 to 10 doctors within Libya, transferring knowledge and establishing a culture of positive skill and knowledge inheritance.
All of this will have a positive impact on the services provided to patients and will inspire, motivate and enlighten medical students.
